Compliance Sheet
TG20:26 Compliance Document
Each generated sheet follows TG20:26 standards — including structural data, diagrams, loading information and full Dos & Don’ts guidance.
This guide sets out the full compliance criteria: permissible extras, non-permissible items, loading assumptions, tie requirements, foundation requirements, lift height guidance, scaffold and roof requirements for SDL Pro temporary roof compliance.
Wind loads calculated to hurricane-level exposure — tie loads to 6 kN pull test mandatory across all ties. Normal duty loading of 2 kN/m² maximum on 1 boarded lift and 1 kN/m² on all other lifts.
Snow load accounted for. Knee bracing included and must be installed on all temporary roofs. Clear roof after extreme snowfall at the first safe opportunity.
Accounted on 4 types of temporary roof coverings, all heights up to 17.5m. Only 2 lifts loaded; one 100% and one 50% loaded working platform in use at any one time.
Document Includes
- Full TG20:26 compliance criteria
- Wind load calculations & tie requirements
- Snow load guidance
- Leg load specifications
- Foundation & lift height requirements
- Permissible & non-permissible items
- SDL Pro company branding & verification code

✓ What You Can Do
Follow tie requirements, board lifts as described, maintain loading within stated limits, and follow all permitted extras as defined in the compliance sheet.
✗ What You Cannot Do
Exceed load limits, add snow wrap to scaffolds, modify the scaffold without re-assessment, or use the scaffold outside the defined compliance criteria in any way.
Scaffolds erected, used, and maintained in accordance with compliance sheet requirements throughout the full duration of the project.
