Frequently Asked Questions
Is VAT charged on any of the products?
No — all SDL Pro pricing is shown as No VAT. Management is £150/month or £1,500 annually. Compliance is £1,000 annually or from £200 per project Pay-As-You-Go. Design starts from £300 per project.
Are design amendments included in the price?
Yes. All SDL Pro Design projects include free amendments before calculations are confirmed so if client or project requirements change before that point, you’re never out of pocket.
How long does a design take to complete?
Most designs are completed within one week of receiving all required project information. Complex projects such as freestanding temporary roofs may require additional time and site visits.
Is the Management system mobile friendly?
Yes. SDL Pro Management is fully mobile friendly and can be accessed from any device, anywhere in the world — no need for WhatsApp or multiple apps to manage your team.
